High Tide Pressure Washing

LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT
By signing this contract with High Tide Pressure Washing, you agree to a legally binding agreement for work to be completed at the agreed-upon price. If this contract is breached, all deposits made to the company shall be forfeited as damages. -
PRODUCT WARRANTIES
All warranties are limited to those provided by the manufacturers of the products used. High Tide Pressure Washing does not offer additional warranties. If you have any concerns regarding our work, you must notify High Tide Pressure Washing immediately. -
WATER USAGE
By signing this agreement, you grant High Tide Pressure Washing permission to use an on-site water supply as needed to complete the project without compensation. If an exterior water supply is required, an additional charge will apply. The customer is responsible for ensuring the water supply is functional before our arrival. Additional charges may apply if water is unavailable. -
ELECTRICAL USAGE
By signing this agreement, you grant High Tide Pressure Washing permission to use an on-site electrical source as needed to complete the project without compensation. If an external source is required, an additional charge will apply. -
SITE SAFETY AND COURTESY
While High Tide Pressure Washing is performing work on your property, you are responsible for keeping children, pets, and other individuals away from the work area. Children and pets must remain off treated surfaces for at least 24 hours after completion for safety reasons. -
PAYMENTS
Payments to High Tide Pressure Washing are due per the contract schedule and may be made by check, cash, or virtual payment. All balances are due upon job completion unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Late fees will be applied to overdue balances, and the customer agrees to cover all collection costs incurred by High Tide Pressure Washing.
RETENTION CLAUSE: In the event that a punch-out is required, the customer may withhold no more than 10% of the total contract price until completion of the punch-list items. Once completed, the remaining balance must be paid immediately.

SCHEDULING AND CANCELLATIONS
Due to weather-dependent productivity, scheduling may be affected by inclement conditions. While we strive to minimize delays, unforeseen circumstances may impact project timelines. Customers will be notified of any changes.
CANCELLATION POLICY: If the customer cancels the project after scheduling, a $75 cancellation fee will apply.

LIABILITY FOR PRE-EXISTING CONDITIONS
High Tide Pressure Washing is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, including but not limited to:

Improperly installed siding, loose shingles, or siding

Broken, unsealed, or open windows and doors

Wood rot, defective construction, or faulty caulking

Loose or improperly secured wires, gutters, or leaders

Pre-existing fading on aluminum or vinyl siding due to sun exposure

Loose mortar that may become dislodged during the cleaning process

STAIN REMOVAL LIMITATIONS
Some stains, such as tree sap, artillery fungus, and paint splatters, cannot be removed by standard power washing. We will make every effort to identify such stains before beginning work, but some may be permanent. -
WINDOW SPOTTING
Water spotting may occur on windows as a result of power washing. Window cleaning is not included in this contract. -
CONCRETE CLEANING DISCLAIMER
The appearance of cleaned concrete depends on factors such as age, curing, and prior staining. Cleaning may reveal existing imperfections previously hidden by dirt, mold, or pollutants. The customer acknowledges that uniform results cannot be guaranteed.
Additional Terms

DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In the event of a dispute regarding this contract or the services provided, both parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation before pursuing legal action. Any legal claims must be filed in the jurisdiction where High Tide Pressure Washing is based. -
LIMITED LIABILITY
High Tide Pressure Washing's liability for any claim arising from services performed is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific service in question. Under no circumstances shall High Tide Pressure Washing be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. -
FORCE MAJEURE
High Tide Pressure Washing is not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, labor strikes, or government restrictions. -
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES & PRE-SERVICE INSPECTION

The customer must inform High Tide Pressure Washing of any pre-existing damage before work begins.

Any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

The customer must provide clear access to the work area and remove any obstructions before service.
